Welcome to PEP Therapy – Bella Project, and thanks for taking the time to read our Privacy Policy. Spot Solutions Ltd., the provider of PEP Therapy – Bella Project, is committed to protecting the information of those individuals who use the PEP Therapy – Bella Project mobile software applications (the “PEP Therapy – Bella Project App“) and PEP Therapy – Bella Project-branded websites or other web applications (our “Sites“, together with the PEP Therapy – Bella Project App, the Connected Devices, as defined below, and other services that we may provide in connection with the foregoing, our “Service“). Our Service helps you track your PEP Therapy (Positive Expiratory Pressure Therapy) in order to enhance your ability to monitor PEP Therapy compliance and make it more fun. This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, and share information that we obtain from your use of our Service or from other sources. This includes data we collect from the device (The Bella Box) to connect to our Service to help you track your PEP Therapy, such as The Bella Project branded device that measure breaths for PEP Therapy (“Connected Devices“).

Information We Collect
Registration and Profile Information
You must create a PEP Therapy – Bella Project account in order to use our Service. You can create an account by providing your name and email address on the website data.bellaproject.org.
You may also voluntarily add or edit your PEP Therapy – Bella Project profile information on the website (data.bellaproject.org) such as phone numbers, email address, user type and status.
Information Access and Collection
This mobile application may access or collect personal information and non-personal information. This information is accessed and collected in a variety of ways, including through the operating system of your mobile device and through information you submit through the mobile application.
Information Stored on Your Mobile Device
With your permission granted by logging on to the device using your user name and password from the web application (data.bellaproject.org), the application will upload all previously not uploaded PEP Therapy data when you are in range of Wi-Fi.
Communications
We will collect information you provide when you communicate with us, such as any communications you send to customer support.
Persistent Log-In
This application uses a persistent log-in, having your user name or password remembered, therefore, unless you manually log out at the end of each session, others may be able to access information through your mobile device. If you are concerned about the unauthorized use or disclosure of information via your mobile device, you should lock your mobile device when not in use or log out after each session.
How We Use Your Information
To Provide the Service. We use your information to provide, personalize, analyze, improve, and promote the Service.
Communications. Contact information is used to communicate with you, including by sending email messages, push notifications, or text messages. We may send administrative messages such as those related to account management, customer service, or system maintenance, or to inform you about new features or products that we think you would be interested in.
Aggregate Data. We may anonymize and aggregate data collected through our Service and use it for any purpose.
With Your Consent. We will use your information for any other purpose for which the information was collected or for which you provide consent.
How We Share Your Information
